Now, Alcaraz is fully prepared to make his mark on tennis by participating in the prestigious eight-man event for the first time. This year, according to Infosys ATP Stats, the young Spaniard has already made a considerable impact on the ATP Tour, capturing six titles and sharing the lead in this category; as the season finale unfolds from November 12 to 19, Alcaraz will aim to add a seventh title to his impressive 2023 collection.
Alcaraz will join seven other formidable competitors in the singles field, creating an exciting lineup for the Nitto ATP Finals. These competitors include Novak Djokovic, Daniil Medvedev, Jannik Sinner, Andrey Rublev, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Alexander Zverev, and Holger Rune. Notably, Alcaraz and Rune are the first pair of 20-and-under players to simultaneously compete in the Nitto ATP Finals since 2000, when 19-year-old Lleyton Hewitt and 20-year-old Marat Safin made their debuts.
